'We’ve stayed at this property four times now and have plans to stay again when we’re in the area. It’s been consistently reliable for a cost effective convenient stay and it’s pet friendly! Staff is always friendly and welcoming.'

More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. 'The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. 'Mooi nieuw hotel op korte afstand van de Interstate 40. Kamers zien er keurig uit en de badkamer is luxe ingericht met douch/bad. De kamer heeft de beschikking over een eigen koffiezetapparaat. Indien gebruikt word de voorraad koffie weer aangevuld. Het hotel beschikt over een bescheiden maar keurig binnenzwembad een buiten whirlpool en een klein fitness kamertje. 'Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped. Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs. Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities. There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice. Horrible experience.'

'The rooms tv didnt work, half the lamps didnt, there was mold in the shower and behind the mirror, there were cockroaches and other bugs all over the room. The bed had stains in it, cigarette holes, and a wet spot when i arrived. The entire property smells like marijuana outside.'
