'The location was so wonderful that literally walked outside and in to the Dubai Mall. And Burij khalifa was right there and views were spectacular. I recommend it and definitely come back and stay. '

'Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

'very good place, Burf Kalifa, fountains, mall, everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself needs at least cosmetic repairs. For a relatively small price, you can use the excellent hotel pool and cafes.

"The only positive about this hotel is the location. Otherwise expect to run several times to the reception for not working key cards and begging for missing towels. If you order food it just doesn't get delivered. Rooms are dirty. Matras cover too short. Mould everywhere in the corners in the bathroom. Worn out furniture. Small tv. Very slow or intermittent internet,... Do not book this hotel unless you like such misery."

"Appartement zeer ruim en heerlijk zwembad. Medewerkers van de receptie en dan met name Rutendo zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Rutendo heeft ons enorm geholpen aangezien wij per ongeluk een koffer hadden laten staan en zij ontzettend veel moeite heeft gedaan om ons te helpen met de verzending naar ons toe. Niks was teveel gevraagd en alles ging met een glimlach. Zulke medewerkers kom je zelden tegen. We hadden ons geen betere service kunnen wensen! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!"
