'This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. '

'My husband & I stayed for 4 nights for a fishing trip. It was very nice & clean. The property owner was very nice and answered quickly when we had questions. There was plenty of room for parking since we were pulling our pontoon. It is less than 10 miles to Wolf Creek Dam on Lake Cumberland & a short drive to Wolf River Marina on Dale Hollow Lake! Would definitely stay again! '

'The hosts were fantastic at communicating with anything I asked. Absolutely no issues first entering and zero issues for my stay. AC / heat worked fine with all amenities you needed in the kitchen if needed. Although all I really needed was the refrigerator and mostly the Keurig as all I did was fish. Honestly you couldn't ask for anything else as this place fit my stay perfectly.'
