The hotel was in a nice area. It was located in downtown, but was also near Uludag mountain. There are many activities to participate in within the area. The air conditioner worked well and the staff was kind.

Great experience, best experience. Nice clean hotel, big rooms, clean bed sheets. Nice Turkish Buffet breakfast. Lovely.

Lokasyon merkezi konumda ulu camiye çok yakın, odalar vasat,temizlik kötü,kahvaltı güzel,banyo duş falan kötü duş başlığı bahçe hortumu gibi bir şeye takılı duş alırken biraz mücadele verdik dönüp durdu

Located in the center of Bursa. Walking distance to khans, mosque and castle. Clean and professional staff. They provide a good breakfast and lot of varieties. The standing shower doesn’t have a tub, so water runs in the entire bathroom.

A gem of a hotel in downtown Bursa
This was a great hotel for seeing the city center of Bursa. It is well-run, the staff is excellent and helpful, and the best sights are only a short walk away, including the Ulu Cami, the Silk Market, and the original Kebapci Iskender restaurant. Even the Green Mosque and Tomb is walkable if you don't have physical issues.The rooms can be a little cramped, but that's par for the course for Bursa's city center anyway, and the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. And the baby slept fine in the room with the crib right next to the bed, which I can't say about every hotel here!

Recommended for the Families
Its a good hotel with nice staff. Location is the best, Its #1 Breakfast is Normal, if it has more variety will be fine. Room is nice but missed a set for coffee and tea, also provided daily water cups was less than usual. Parking is very good and easy with a good staff helping for parking. Really nice decoration at lobby . WI-FI is very nice all over the hotel.

Bursa Palas Hotel...a good place to stay.
This hotel is right in the centre of the city: it is a 2 minute walk to the Ulu Cami and the huge covered bazaar, the other major mosques are within walking distance too. I found the reception staff to be very helpful and polite and the smorgasbord breakfast was excellent. The room I had was close to a mosque, so the early morning call to prayer was very clear if the window was open, but this is part of the delight of travelling in a Muslim country. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom small, but modern. The gym facility was good, and the onsite massage options seemed worthwhile. The wifi was fine. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and in this very interesting city

Bursa est une ville magnifique, les musées, la montagne, les commerces... L hotel est tres bien placée mais assez vétuste, il n y a pas de salle de sport, le spa est payant, pas de jacuzzi, la douche est tres petite et de mauvaise qualité...

Sabanas rotas, limpieza deficiente, desayuno muy pobre. Entraron a limpiar la habitación cuando no estábamos. No dejamos jamás la llave porque no nos gusta que nos limpien la habitación mientras no estamos presentes. Prefiero esperar afuera. Además entraron básicamente a cambiar toallas porque los pisos seguían tan tan sucios como cuando entramos. La segunda noche nos quisieron subir 300 liras sin razón alguna.....misma habitación...misma cantidad de personas....eso si....bien ubicado.

Bursa merkezde,Ulu Cami ve Koza Hana çok kısa mesafede olan otel her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Odası büyük,lobisi ferahdı. Ancak odalarda sigara içiliyor olması nedeniyle bizim odamıza bile sigara kokusu geldiği için rahatsız olduk. Kapalı otoparkı olan otelden bu konunun dışında memnun kaldık.

Ailecek kalmayın. Daha iyi yerler bulursunuz.
Otel olarak temiz değil. Konum olarak çok iyi ama otelde çok eksikler var. Kurutma makinası yokk , havlular kirli gibi, ben dışardan aldım havluyu. Otapark da anahtarı bırakıyorsun. Otelin yeri çok sıkışık. Yastık kılıfı pisti. Duşa kabin kırık. Tuvalet çok eskiydi.
