'Terrible! Worst experience in a hotel ever! The outside building and front look nice but it’s a facade. Our room was on the backside, you have to pass a trash area and an ugly fence to get there, feels like you are put behind in a shed somewhere. The stairs up to the room were dirty and worn out. One of the main reasons we booked was for the swimming pool and spa facilities, but a few days after making the booking we were informed they wouldn’t be available. Unfortunately, because I hadn’t paid extra for the flexible cancellation option, I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. Lesson learned. I’d also be careful with the half-board option. 'Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely'

'We stayed at Ennios the day and night before a cruise. Ennios is a restaurant (a good nice Italian restaurant) and has 5 rooms as well. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located on the first floor but there is no elevator. We could leave our suitcases that we didnt need at reception. The rooms are comfortable. A nicely stocked mini-bar (i hate it to get into a room with a minibar to find it empty..), coffemaker and kettle. Beds are very comfortable. We had dinner as well with...
