'I had a really nice, peaceful stay. I lost the email with the direct contact number, so im sure the issue i had could have been solved easily, if not partly, for my own stupidity. Sadly, there was no running water & there was no gas to use the cooktop. The keys that were left didnt open the door to turn on the gas. Thankfully, there are some lovely places for food very close by & a couple of bottles of water to boil the kettle & have a quick wash solved any real drama. I enjoyed...

'The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place...

'A lovely log cabin with hot tub. Cabins are not overlooked and were quiet. Lots of places to visit nearby with kid's, including Alton Towers. Nearby Cheadle has everythingg you might need.'

'It was okish for a short break, wasn’t really much to do in the area and overall the lodge could do with a new mattress as we’ve had 3 nights awful sleep and the sofa wasn’t much better. Could also do with a really good deep clean as there was alot of mold in the shower seals and the window openings were absolutely filthy. '

'The property was exactly as advertised, spacious, modern, and full of light with views of the countryside. It was very peaceful. We used the hot tub on Friday and Saturday evening and we were pleased to know that it was emptied and cleaned before our arrival. There were small touches which we appreciated. On arrival there was a cake, prosecco, milk, jam, butter, 2 dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and salt and pepper. The oven pans and grill tray were all lined with foil making them...

'We stayed in Lodge 11. Very happy with the size of the lodge, very spacious & most importantly, it was clean & tidy. Unfortunately it's a little tired in places, for example, a cracked Hob & chipped coffee table... For this reason, I can only give it 4*. The Hot Tub was immaculate, so hats off to whoever looks after the tubs.A couple of criticisms... The TV's aren't Smart which is a real shame & the mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing.Overall my family & I have had a great stay & would...

'Firstly, the properly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I have some quite disturbing pictures of the grime and mould that is everywhere in this property. Secondly, they did not have a cot for my son despite the fact I called and ordered one a week beforehand. Both my husband and I had to take it in turns to protect him on the bed whilst he slept so he didn’t roll off. Words cannot describe how dissapointed we are.'
