'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had booked a superior king bedroom but they had upgraded us to a suite which was so special, there was a card in the room congratulating us on our 16th anniversary. Such lovely touches to make the experience truly memorable. The bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The suite was spacious with a great view of the beautiful city of Chester. 'Prima hotel, slechts 10 minuten van de luchthaven. Relatief rustig gelegen. Kamers eenvoudig met king seize bedden.. Badkamer klein en simpel uitgevoerd. Kamers zijn wel gehoorig, aangezien het een oud gebouw is. Ontbijt heb ik niet geprobeerd.Geen shuttle service beschikbaar en een taxirit naar de luchthaven kost ongeveer 10 Pond.'
