The formal dining corner seats ten, while the chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, ample bench space, and a butler’s pantry. Meanwhile, the undercover patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a large dining table and BBQ, surrounded by the peaceful backyard.

Head upstairs where the primary suite unfolds beyond double doors, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and a second TV room. Step onto the spacious balcony with a second outdoor dining area and lounge seating, where filtered views of the bay peek through the peppermint trees. The primary ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and his-and-her vanities for ultimate relaxation and convenience.
