By the Beach is a fully self-contained two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, thoughtfully equipped with a modern kitchen complete with tea and coffee amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The villa also boasts dining and living areas with reverse cycle air-conditioning, laundry facilities, and an outdoor alfresco space with a BBQ area and a grassy enclosed area where children can safely play while you unwind

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
