The chef’s kitchen features a stone island bench, butler’s pantry, gas cooktop, and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine.
Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for families or groups. The master includes a private ensuite and direct backyard access. Enjoy a second living room for quiet time or kids’ movies, plus a full laundry and fenced backyard.

There are four generous bedrooms, including a king-sized master suite with private ensuite and direct outdoor access. Three additional queen rooms each have built-in robes and ducted air-conditioning. The fully fenced backyard is ideal for kids or dogs (pet stays welcome with approval), while the double garage and internal laundry make extended stays feel effortless.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the double garage, private backyard, and full laundry. Entry is via lockbox.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.
