As you enter, you'll be welcomed into the living area complete with a Smart TV, reading nook and study space. The heart of the home is the beautifully renovated kitchen, overlooking the backyard complete with everything you need to cook up a feast.
The dining area is complete with a wood fireplace available for guests to enjoy during the cooler months.

Three bedrooms are located downstairs:
Bedroom 2: 1 × Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: 1 × Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: 2 × Single Bunk Beds (Sleeps 2)

A family bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub is located on the ground floor, along with a separate toilet and a fully equipped laundry.

Upstairs you'll find a private retreat with a lounge and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2), a walk-in robe, and a private ensuite with toilet.

The expansive alfresco area has been designed for entertaining and overlooks the huge private swimming pool. Including a comfortable outdoor lounge, large dining table, bbq and fridge.

Please note that firewood is not supplied, so guests will need to bring or purchase their own.

Porta cot and highchair are available to guests onsite at all times.

As part of your stay, we provide essential amenities including fresh linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, we supply some basic kitchen consumables to ensure your comfort and convenience.
