The Space:

Saltwood is a welcoming beach house designed for slow mornings, shared meals and easy days by the ocean. White timber-lined ceilings and large windows fill the open-plan interiors with natural light, creating a relaxed setting that feels bright, spacious and connected to the surrounding greenery.



The generous living area centres around oversized lounges with leafy outlooks, making it the perfect place to unwind after a swim at Yallingup Lagoon or settle in with a book. A large timber dining table anchors the dining space for leisurely breakfasts and shared dinners, while the well-appointed kitchen makes holiday cooking effortless with a long island bench, gas cooktop, ample bench space and a Nespresso-compatible pod coffee machine.



Sliding doors open onto the covered alfresco area, where a substantial timber dining setting sits beneath a vine-covered pergola overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. Whether you're lingering over lunch, enjoying an evening barbecue or simply sipping a coffee outdoors, the peaceful surrounds invite you to slow down. The enclosed lawn and mature trees provide plenty of room for children to play while adults unwind nearby.



Two king bedrooms provide peaceful retreats with comfortable bedding and built-in storage, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds that are ideal for children or younger guests. The bright bathroom includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity, while a separate laundry with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet corner for catching up on work before heading out to explore the coastline, and garage parking makes arrivals and departures convenient.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard, deck, and secure digital entry via front and side doors. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Yallingup's relaxed coastal lifestyle is right on your doorstep. Just a two-minute walk away, the sheltered waters of Yallingup Lagoon offer calm swimming, snorkelling and paddleboarding, while the main beach is only a little further for surfing and sunset walks. Start the day with coffee or brunch at Lagoon Yallingup Café before following the scenic pathway through the trees to historic Caves House and its gardens. The nearby Cape to Cape Track showcases spectacular coastal scenery, and world-class wineries, galleries and breweries throughout the Margaret River region are all within an easy drive. Dunsborough's shops and supermarkets are around ten minutes away for everyday essentials.



Getting Around:

Parking: Garage parking is available for one car. Street parking is also available.



Airport: 40 minutes by car.



Public transport: 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
