'Vlak voor onze aankomst kregen wij bericht dat de schoonmaakster die ochtend door een ongeluk niet kon komen. We hebben toen zelf schoongemaakt. De eigenaar heeft ons daarvoor 50 pounds terugbetaald. Vandaar de matige score bij "netheid" De woning is mooi groot en gelegen op de 1e etage met een moderne keuken en drie slaapkamers met prima bedden. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamers is prachtig. De woning ligt vlak bijzet centrum van Rothesay, de grootste plaats op Bute. Dat eiland is...

'Our host Steven was very welcoming with early communications and in person. There is a nice view through the picture window of the loch just across the road. And just next door was a lovely gift shop and restaurant with wonderful scones. My only regret is that I didn't book a few more days.'

'De omgeving van de cottage en het verblijf hebben we als heel fijn ervaren. Je hebt daar alles wat je nodig hebt , alles is op loopafstand en wil je dingen in de buurt bezichtigen kun je heel gemakkelijk rondkomen met het openbaar vervoer. De rust, stilte en uitzicht heeft ons aangenaam verrast. Wil je je onttrekken van de dagelijkse hectiek is dit de perfecte plek.'

'Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road.'
