'The guy at the night time desk didn’t tell me about a breakfast so I figured there was none. The night time desk person needs to be more welcoming. I didn’t like having to walk past the lounge with open doors twice to get to my room. It made me feel unsafe. My room was very clean but they need to get rid of the carpet and update their furniture. The morning desk person, she was awesome. The pictures on Expedia look nicer than what the hotel really is. Nope, I wouldn’t stay there again. '

'This was our 2nd time here and enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome with the waterfall, multiple hot tubs and indoor patio decks. 1st stay we had a parking lot view- room was quiet and clean. Had a cool rocking chair. This last time we had a room with a balcony. It was really nice to have that extra space. The only negative is it’s a little noisy with the water running and you can hear people talking in the hot tubs below...

'This is an older property. However, it was clean, quiet, and the staff were amazing! My own recommendation is it would have been nice to have some apples or bananas for the breakfast. I missed that but otherwise great. I would stay there again.'

'This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10. It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not. 'The individual who prepared breakfast was very dedicated and the space was impeccable. I did not appreciate being dumped in a dog room, with our small non shedding dog and being billed twice and more than what was stated on Expedia. This should be an allowed choice for reservations, to add the pet fee.'

'Rooms were not the cleanest. Definitely not a fresh smell when you walked in. It smelled like BO. For the price we paid, I expected much better. The breakfast was terrible. The weight room was disgusting. Again for the price you paid it just needed to be better.'

'The property seems to be a bit beat up. I remember it as a lot nicer. Staff was just OK. Breakfast was the usual...and I picked Country Inn because I thought their breakfast was a bit better than elsewhere. It is not. No toiletries in the bathroom and the body wash in the installed containers in the shower was empty. So, not that impressed by this stay at all. Mattress was comfortable though.'

'BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. '
