'My room was cold and I didn’t notice the wall regulator till next day and AC unit was not adjustable. My fault but I wish there was sign on AC to say adjust temperature by using the wall thermostat in the room. Great location and great breakfast. Nice hot shower and quiet unit. I was even by the elevator and never heard any noise.'

After explaining that I hadn’t slept the night before, I requested a late checkout, but they were short and would not compromise. 'We had a good stay and the breakfast is pretty decent. The pool is a bit dated but our kids had a blast in the kids pool. The bigger pool wasn't to cold either. Our room had a very weird smell to it and it wasn't the cleanest either. Had some pee left in the toilet even after housekeeping was supposed to have cleaned..... It is though in a very nice quiet area close to shopping and restrooms'

'We arrived and were very happy with our check in and cleanliness. We changed into our swimsuits to get into the hot tub, only to find out once we got to the pool area that the hot tub was drained. We swam for awhile. The edges of the pool above the water line had so much residue that people had been “carving” their names and initials in it. We went back to our room and ordered pizza. The box sat on the night stand while we slept. We woke up, went to the breakfast, which was perfectly fine,...
