We are providing towels, and if you need beach towels, you can request some at the reception. Every cabin or campsite has enough space for the guests to park their vehicles. We are only 4 minutes walking from the main street of Byron Bay, and 10 minutes walking from the main beach. We are apologising for the inconvenience linked to the swimming pool on New Year's day. However, you didn't book a cabin, but a hut, which is slightly different than a cabin. If you are looking online, you will see that we are not advertising huts being equipped with aircon. Huts are equipped with a fan or a heater on request. You have to contact the reception to ask for one. You are right about the iron, you requested it and our team forgot to place it in your hut, we are apologising for this inconvenience. However, when something like that happens, please feel free to contact the reception to request it.
