'The place was ok overall and the staff as well. However they can do better with the technology issues cos the whole 4th floor had rooms with key issues, and the key card were not working and needed multiple programming and led to lost time, Breakfast was great and checkout seamless.'

'The staff was nice and attendant however there was a lot of children I believe that was with the staff doing working hours. Running around inside the building. The building was okay. For as the supplies there was no emergency medical supplies to buy in case of overnight headache etc. I did not like the fact that it was not a wash basin of water in the breakfast room to wash your hands nor was there any hand sanitizer nearby. I also asked for handicap room with the handheld shower head the staff...

'We had to keep fixing the toilet bc it wouldn’t flush. Other than that our room was clean and there was enough space for the six of us. Staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a good stay. 🙂'

'The access to the hotel was a bit funky coming from 191. I arrived after 3 pm, but the rooms were not clean and ready. Also in the room I say in the armchair was really dirty. I avoid using it'

'Couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.'

'Phone's + elevator broke, kinda dirty, big room, nice location, friendly staff. Couldn't call ahead to coordinate a work delivery, phone system was down during the entirety of my stay including internal room to front desk calls, no wake up call service or ability to call housekeeping when they didn't refill the toilet paper. I was notified by the hotel there would be a 3rd party cleaning of the hotel during my stay & that they'd enter my room & move my belongings as needed while cleaning, they...

'This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it.'
