'Rooms were nice. We had to ask for pool towels twice, though. They did promptly call about our granddaughter leaving her swimsuit and made arrangements to have it mailed back to her. Would definitely stay again. '

'Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at...
