'Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful! Our eoom was clean but there was a wet area on the carpet next to our airconditioner. Also, our bathroom door was quite sticky at the top and the lock did not work. It was extremely hot during our which probably contributed. The stay was comfy though and we were able to sleep well which was really important. '

We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time.
