'I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills in Omaha, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish—largely thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set a welcoming, professional tone. Check-in was fast and seamless, and they greeted every guest with genuine warmth. Whether answering questions about the area, accommodating requests without hesitation, or making checkout effortless, the front desk crew went above...

'Room was decent, random stains on curtains and lamp shades but it was the cheapest there was, you get what you pay for, I would stay here again at the price it was.'

'It was nice to have a little stove to make a home cooked meal. The room wasnt the cleanest when I arrived salt all over in the cupboards. Toilet was dirty. Was there 2 weeks and never got a room clean like I was told but I cleaned it myself. Not bad for the price.'

'Great, courteous staff. Cleanliness was average. Con: LED lights in the rooms.'

'Stayed for 5 nights, but the room was only cleaned once. When we complained to the front desk on our last night they said we had opted out of room cleaning. We were never asked at check in or any other time. When we then asked for partial refund we were told it was not possible because we booked the room with a third party. Not cool Marriott.'

'Beds are incredibly, and everything all around was clean, cozy and safe!'

'We loved your hot tub and swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic.'

'人のホスピタリティが最高です、星5では足りない、星6です'

'I loved the cleanliness on outside and inside of Hotel. Loved the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.'

'Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed.'

'Great stay.'
