'Our experience staying here for the past 4 years , about 3-4 times per year, continues to be excellent. The staff are all kind and professional. They all go outta their way including Graciela and Rinaldo, who ensure the guests get a top-notch breakfast experience . Pam, the manager , is always so helpful… John works night shift and it’s always a pleasure to see him again. The pool is clean.. the rooms are spotless .. no complaints ! It might be helpful to have a way to watch Netflix or...

'They were doing some rehab so the property and stairwells were dirty. The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Ran out of coffee and milk at breakfast.'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.'

'Overall a nice hotel. Had trouble getting connected to the internet. It took 5 calls to the front desk for her to give me a different network to use, which I did connect to, but it was too slow to do anything with. The room's air conditioner kept the room cool, but it was so loud when operating it interrupted sleep.'

'AC worked well, sink took some muscle to turn on and off, definitely not easy to use! Rooms were very small for the price paid. Area was clean though, older facility for sure. It worked for just a place to rest!'
