'Maybe I'm easy to please, but I honestly appreciate a hotel with HANDSOAP in the bathroom. AND they had all Dove products in the bathroom, and I love Dove. Everything was clean and up to par. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There was ample parking. The location felt safe and secure. Will definitely stay here again when in Omaha.'

'Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at...

'The place was amazing. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly. We’ve stayed at a lot of places for long trips and this was definitely top tier service. The pool was nice and semi-warm. The kids loved learning to swim in it. Hot tub was so relaxing. Our son is autistic and loves to play with water so he was rather loud with his excitement and they were so nice about it. 'Room with kitchen was great so we could fix breakfast before heading out. They charge a $50 pet cleaning fee that I didnt see in the pet fees section of hotels.com ot the $10 fee. The $50 pet fee was at the bottom of that section. I paid it but the room had quite a bit of dog hair in it from previous guest as my black socks were covered with white hair. I get why they would charge a fee but they need to clean a bit better then. '
