We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. The $50 pet fee was at the bottom of that section. I paid it but the room had quite a bit of dog hair in it from previous guest as my black socks were covered with white hair.
