Carpet near walls are very dirty, toilet seat is falling apart, one of the lamps on the night stand has a bulb out, I could smell Marijuana in the hallway and my room has a stark chemical smell... Otherwise, the hotel is comfy and gets the job done. '

I booked a double room and we got a single, the table that should have been in the room in the kitchenette area was gone and a queen bed was in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor was in bad shape. The room had been painted to make it appear 'fresh'. There were many long term guests wondering the parking lot, sitting out in front of their rooms. It's like the picture on the website was their best room and the rest are in the slums. The elevator was filthy and going up 3 floor between 1 and 2 floors the elevator drops a little and scares you unti thinking it's going to fall. 'Moderately priced, this property is clean and well maintained. The concrete parking lot is cracked, but I only cared about the interior condition. Right off of the freeway and main Lee Summit arteries, but very quiet. An Aldi next door and restaurants within walking distance. For a stay in Lees Summit, this is a good choice.'
