'Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

'I didn't have a good experience this time. Breakfast was good, bar run out of food, one of the nights I stayed the air conditioner stopped working, my family and I slept with a hot room, thank God the AC got fixed the following day. Pool got close early on Saturday, we couldn't used it on Sunday before we left the hotel. When I check out I told the receptionist how bad our experience was, she careless. '

'Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!'

'The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. Two drinking glasses in the cupboard were sticky and disgusting. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room and ran all the dishes through the dishwasher. '

'AC was broke. At 2am could not take it any longer they moved us to another room however system was down but they got us in another room. Staff was great property was kinda run down not staff fault needs money invested in new carpet etc.'

'Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring.
