'I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best'

'Great staff! I wish I got the employees name who got us checked in and then I needed some help and he didn’t even hesitate to help with my World Cup parking. Really impressive. It’s close to shopping and a Starbucks and only about 10 minutes or so from the baseball and football stadiums so super convenient location.'

'This hotel was perfect for our FIFA World Cup stay. it was easy to find, right off I-70. Check-in was quick. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The desk person was helpful answering questions we had about the logistics to and from the game. The morning breakfast was more than we expected. There were maids and attendants throughout the hotel. 'I stayed here while traveling because my friend recommended it. I’m very glad I took her advice and decided to stop here. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Very clean and lovely. There is a beautiful pond out back. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel I’ve had breakfast at. My visit was too short! I wish I could have checked out the pool'

'Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city'
