'Was a beautiful villa but had alot of things that needed fixed. Including the door to the pool not locking, curtain rail hanging of bedroom window, bedroom doors swollen and not closing, door handle broke off, no keys for the doors, fridge door not closing properly plus had paid for a cot and after several phone calls it didnt come till after 9 at night.These were all reported numerous times to different people but there seems to be no communication between the agency. 'We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Yacinta. Het contact met haar verliep uitstekend: ze communiceerde duidelijk, secuur en hield ons goed op de hoogte van updates. Het huis zelf is ruim en comfortabel, met genoeg plek voor het hele gezin. De keukenapparatuur is wat verouderd, maar werkt verder prima. Het zwembad was een groot pluspunt! Schoon, goed onderhouden en loopt geleidelijk af van ondiep naar diep, wat ideaal is met kinderen. Al met al een aanrader!'

'The property is lovely and the views are spectacular. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The only thing to note is that pool access to the gorgeous pool in the pictures is very expensive (200 per day for our family of 5). That needs to be highlighted. '

'As a family we of 7 adults, 3 children and an infant we have had a brilliant time in this villa. We made full use of the pool, garden and bbq. Contact with Lucia and Bernice was easy and reassuring. The bedrooms all are en-suite which is great for getting ready to go out. The villa and s ideally situated for bars, restaurants and the beach.We would thoroughly recommend this villa for a family holiday. '

'Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. Missing plates, bowls and glasses which was also...

'We loved this property, plenty of room for 9 of us. We would definately recommend this place had everything we needed. There is a new supermarket 5mins away which was so handy. The uber/bolt taxis are all reasonbly priced. We even got an uber to Vilamoura which was 16/11 for 30mins drive, brilliant.'

"3HB is a relatively new hotel located in the heart of Faro. The reception area is nicely decorated and radiates tranquility. Checking in was quick and professional. Our room was located on the 3rd floor. You only see the roofs of surrounding buildings. Rooms are spacious, a free minibar (water and cola), Nespresso machine. Daily replenishment. Safe, sofa, desk, Marshall radio, 7 USB charging points, MB soap/shampoo/body lotion, rain shower, toilet (incl sprayer), towels, amenity kit, hair blower, shaving mirror, bathrobes and slippers. Sleep service is provided and there is a choice of different light settings for the room / bathroom. (night light). Also, net curtains and blackout curtains. On the balcony two wooden chairs. You can hear landing planes regularly, but this is not disturbing. During rainy days umbrellas are provided. There is also a free gym and an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Free towels provided. The breakfast space is nicely decorated. You will be guided to your seat where you can choose and order from a variety of eggs, crepes, coffees, etc. There is also a self-service of bread, toppings (meat/cheese), sweets, yoghurt and related items. It’s a typical European breakfast. Sufficient replenishment is in place. It is a good hotel that meets all expectations. Neat, clean, well maintained, attention to detail and a disciplined, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are also neatly maintained and clean. We spent 5 nights there with pleasure."

"Groot appartement, wat sober, leeg van in richting. Wel alles aanwezig. Uitzicht op zwembad, helaas leeg gezien tijd van het jaar. Andere zwembaden wel beschikbaar. Auto noodzakelijk gezien afstanden en hoogte verschil in het park en voor de bereikbaarheid van Albufeira en het strand."
