Great resort, not so much the condo itself.
1. The front door lock is a joke. It took me nearly 90 seconds of jiggling, pushing, pulling & twisting to get the lock to open when I checked in. After that, a credit card slipped between the tongue and the door jamb worked every time in 2-3 seconds. 2. Food inadvertently left on the kitchen counter overnight overrun by hundreds of "no-see-um" sized ants in the morning. 3. Bedroom overlooked entrances to both Terra Sol & Playa Grande as well as parking areas - noisy at night. 4. Unit needs updating: a. Veneer on kitchen & bath cabinets pealing. b. All four closet doors stick to the floor & don't easily open. c. Refrigerator is not level and rocks when opened. d. Dinnerware for 4, glassware for 2, only 1 cereal bowl & of 3 wine glasses one is chipped. e. Washing machine leaks water on the floor when used.

Great resort feel but the condo needs some necessary upgrades.
The property and the condo resort itself was very nice. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and had some very well manicured gardens and all three pools were very pretty. It was easy access to the beach from the third pool and the beach was very clean and very relaxing. On the other hand the actual condo, while being clean and having most of the things that one would need to get by in Mexico, had a slightly broken lock system on the door and took us multiple tries before we finally gave up and stop locking the front door all together. The kitchen was lacking a coffee maker and the actual bathroom has a little bit outdated and the water did not stay hot for a very long when you were taking a shower.
