'This hotel was by far one of the worst I’ve stayed in during my 5 times of visiting Mexico. No elevators and of course we had to stay on the third floor of the hotel. My family and I got very sick on our second day. Sick to the point we thought we may need medical attention. (Throwing up and diarrhea, no we did not drink the water). 'Great place to stay with everything we needed for a 6 day trip. The property is well laid out with easy access to everything. It doesn’t feel like a maze like some resorts do. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Four pools, five different restaurants plus a buffet, daily entertainment, great beach, access to the next door sister resorts. What more could you ask for. Really enjoyed our time here.'

We gave our bags to the bellhop since we had to check out early and when we needed our bags we waited for 40 minutes, asking help from the front desk, and no one to get our bags making us miss our shuttle.
