'The room was super comfortable and clean. Quality mattress. The pool is huge and has sun and shade. The beach is swimmable and gorgeous. The staff were phenomenal. Really went above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. Fernando and Diego were extremely helpful and so kind. 'Brissa and Diana from the concierge were amazing and so helpful! They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. Will 100% come back.'

'We had an amazing experience! The only negative was some of the smaller food options ran out of supplies. They had promised we would be picked up at the airport, but nobody showed up. Then they changed their deal and said it wasn’t included after telling me originally it was. That being said, I would absolutely stay at this property again! Loved it!'

'Sockets aren’t placed strategically in the room . No sockets to charge near the bed . Quite inconvenient to charge my mobile phones while on the bed.'

Kids activities by the pool are fun (games). Nice shops, restaurants and Marina walking distance. The massage place in front of the hotel is nice too. Things that could be better: USB plugs in my room didn’t work, a bit of unpleasant smell from the drain in the shower.'
