'The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. '

'This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!'

'DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com'

'This property is a decent value for the money. Rooms look dated, but they're ok if you don't spend a lot of time inside. A useful perk is that the property has free drinking water stations on each floor. The food selection is ok, not great, but the low price makes getting the all inclusive plan worth it, considering the restaurants outside the property are for the most part expensive. The grounds and pool area are nice and were not busy at the end of January, when we visited.'

'We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos for my best friends wedding. From our arrival we were treated like stars. VIP check in took us straight to the concierge and we had a drink in our hand with in minutes. We were given a late check out with our VIP package. Everyone was extremely helpful. At one point a staff member even came to my room to give me a lesson in how to use the steamer in our room. It was extremely helpful as I recorded it and sent it to the wedding party so we could steam our dresses and...
