'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up.
The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old.
But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. 'Pros: The resort has two pools and a private beach for guests. It is close to the marina and town. We walked to numerous off-resort restaurants that were between 5 minutes and 25 minutes walking distance. The staff is friendly. The room we stayed in was large with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and a balcony.
Cons: The absolute biggest negative was the rock hard bed! I have slept on firm hotel beds before, but this one was the worst ever. It really was like sleeping on a concrete slab! My wife...
