'We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! 'Stayed with the family and my mom in the penthouse - 2504P- fantastic views of the garden and the ocean. 1600+ sqft place, lots and lots of space and extremely comfortable. The food was decent, slightly on the expensive side but nothing to rave about either. Proximity to CSL helped since it was only a $8 under ride in and out. '

'This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most. '

'Definitely going back. Property is secluded so nothing in walking distance but you’re far from the noise of Cabo center. Only gripes are pool water was too warm. And ocean swimming is a no no with rocks, undertow and sea urchins. '
