The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!!

Excellent stay! Rooms were incredibly clean and very large and modern. Only negative is that service was sometimes a little spotty. We called to request a luggage stand on two separate occasions and never received it. Other than that the hotel was great and the location is excellent. Front desk staff are amazing and accommodated my Expedia Gold member upgrade request!

We booked a studio and were assigned a room (rm 6111) that wasn't worth the price. It was located below Baja Brewing and during the day it sounded like that were rolling barrels and dragging tables across the floor. At night the thump of the music or band went until 2am. Therefore, forget sleeping during the day or night. The door didn't have a security peep hole and the dead bolt didn't work. We had to ask for cooking utensils that should come with a studio .Towels wouldn't be replaced and had to be requested. DECAF coffee was the only coffee that was placed in the room so we were constantly requesting regular coffee. The room safe was not operational. A hair dryer had to be requested. Food and beverages on site were priced about double of the average price: A bottle of water was $6.50 yet only $1 for the same water 20 steps from the property. We paid for a resort and received Motel 6 accommodations. Apologies to Motel 6 for the reference because they do much better.

Rooms and views are great! Do expect heavy solicitation for 90 presentations which I’d recommend you do out the gate With heavy handed haggling for free excursions and multiple free nights stay. The property and staff were great. Only negative is the sales pitch. They offer discounts and free breakfast to do the hour and a half tour, but it is hard to get away if you don’t want to buy in.

The beach, pool and restaurant staff are friendly attentive and upbeat. Beach and pools are great, rooftop pool has impressive 360 degree views. I would give the hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for their front desk, check in, and ability to fix issues. My executive room with an ocean view was facing a busy corridor with virtually no privacy. Room wasn't ready at check in and did not text when ready. The rooms are spacious but 3 star quality.

The Corazon is an elite property on Medano Beach. It and the other resorts are expensive and it’s too bad it cost so much to start at one of these places. Everyone was professional and courteous. Didn’t feel like a valued guest; From the start holding you in an area to wait on room while they schedule you for timeshare presentation. Location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the marina. Room was clean and spacious. Pools heated, which was nice. Rooftop was amazing. I wish there was a microwave in the room and a mini refrigerator. They had a cooler, not a real refrigerator. They also need more pool lounge chairs. Overall, very nice hotel. I would stay again!

Given how highly rated the property was, I was quite disappointed with how dirty the room was - the floor was incredibly dusted and I found dead bugs in the sink! The amenities of the hotel were nice (I.e the rooftop bar) but after never being told about a minimum consumption when using the amenity we were surprised with that news after sitting by the pool. It is weird to me to charge hotel guests to use the pool at the hotel. The food at the rooftop was good, but Aleta’s food was not great, which was surprising considering this was the restaurant they advertised as the best at the hotel. The beach club had great beds, but was stacked on top of each other. There was good service at the beach though. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend a stay here, but there were some nice aspects.

Beautiful property and convenient location. The front desk staff wasn't great, nor communicative. We uograded at check in, and were told it would be about an hour until the room was ready and we would get a text to notify us. We waited an hour, no text, went to the front desk and then were told becuase we upgraded it would take longer. We waited another 45 minutes, I went back and then was told it was ready. They weren't friendly at all. The pool server was very kind, but the chips were stale, the salsa and quacamole were mid. Disappointing for sure. We wouldnt stay there again as much as we loved the location and the view!!

Please beware that this property is a timeshare. They don't want to call it a timeshare but it's a club that operates just like a timeshare. They pretend as if they're showing you the amenities of the resort only to keep you in a room for 4 hours berating you and trying to pressure you into buying into their club even after you say NO multiple times. I booked it through Expedia and did not ask for that mistreatment. They should be ashamed of themselves for ruining people's vacations!!!
