RIU Resort allows public access to the beach. The hours are 9-5

The Neighborhood:
Located between Costco and Walmart on the beach side in the Cabo Tourist Corridor bordering El Tezal, this condo is only a quick 10 minute Uber ride to downtown and the marina with fabulous shopping and restaurants for you to experience.

Getting Around:
If you don't wish to rent a car, Uber is a great option to move around and taxis are available 24/7.

Medano Beach, the closest swimmable and one of Medano's hottest spots is only 5-10 min walking from Seaside

We’re dog-friendly for pups under 15 lbs. Please notify us before arrival if you’re bringing a dog. An extra $100 USD cleaning fee per dog applies (no exceptions). Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed
