The staff here were incredible and so welcoming. It's a very beautiful resort and being able to utilize the other properties was very nice as well! It's walking distance from the marina and downtown. The only downsides for us, the food was ok. Not terrible, not great. The options were also limited unless you paid extra. The vendors on the beach you almost have to completely ignore which feels rude! But being right on the beach is wonderful We would for sure come back!

Room had a smell, Broken tiles at the patio (cut my foot), staff working on units loudly during what I consider vacation sleeping hours. Staff had a few amazing people but the majority of them seemed annoyed when conversing. entertainment was not up to par with neighboring resorts. Hot tub was colder than the pool, only hot tub available was at a charge in the spa that closed at 7. Had zero explanation of the resort, restaurants, pools, spa, beach... only way to get this was to sit through a timeshare offering that they charged you a deposit on. I got sick from the food the first night and couldn't make our appointment. Never got any calls or inquiries as why we couldn't make it. we left the resort the second day and paid for a day pass at a resort we had previously visited and that was the best part of resort days we spent with P B R.

First room we had after check in smelled like a musty odor. The front desk sent someone to come and check out the room. Which they did. The two men that were sent over also smelled the odor as well and wanted to spray the room with a perfume scent. I AM allergic to most scents, so we went to the front desk and requested a room change. Which they did accommodate us.

I know everything about the add to this place says luxury, but please note that it is not. The rooms are dated and if you are unlucky may have a smell. Luckily front desk helped to new room, that they said was upgrade, but honestly was just a change in floor. Bring your own shower gel, shampoos and conditioner. Food options were tasteful but just super limited, unless you want to shuttle around from one property to next with a shuttle service that actually gets booked out, then you are stuck feeling like you're having same food on repeat. Felt hotel was overpriced. No shows during the evening and vendors blocked every aspect of the beautiful view.

When we arrived to our room, there were no towels (hand, bath, etc.), no shampoo or soaps. The room was clean, but still missing amenities. Room service took forever with bringing us water bottles and towels. The food was subpar, nothing over the top. The location is convenient, as you can walk along the beach to get to the main area with all the bars and clubs.

The bonito rose did not offer many options for restaurants besides the buffet. And when I made a reservation for the one restaurant it did offer, the man who took my reservation did not tell me there was an added charge to eat there and was not included in the all inclusive package. So we had to pay an extra $25 per person. And the food was not great on top of everything. Otherwise, hotel and staff were very nice and always happy to serve us.

We were moved to Pueblo Blanco, next door, when we asked for a handicap accessible room. It's a great proximity to town of Cabo and but a very small hotel and somewhat dated. The dining options were limited and service was slow. No swim up bar but that's not a big deal to me. It's too cold in January to spend much time in the pool anyway. The town of Cabo was a let down for a non-party, bar- hopping person. No charm. I preferred Puerto Vallarta. They also had no ADA accessible rooms. The staff really tried but we had a person with a walker and they put us in a room that required we walk up 6 steps to get to the room. That was the best they could do. The room also had a bathtub shower and they couldn't offer a shower chair. They said they'd give me a plastic lawn chair. I ended up walking to Walmart and buying one. The staff tried their best but I wont be back to the resort. I don't expect US ADA standards when I go to Mexico until they want US prices for the stay. For $800 a night, you need to be able to muster up to US standards. I do recommend staying at Medano beach front resort because it was very swimmer friendly (still too cold to swim) and had a beautiful view.

Some friends and I came for a girls trip and we had the most fantastic time. Not only is the property in an amazing location but it’s close to a lot of bars and clubs if you are looking for night life. The staff was so kind, we loved Diego our server and well as all the staff at the Los Cabos property. There is so much to do and we loved it!!!

We love the location, the staff and service are amazing. However, I think there’s some work that needs to be done around there. It was leaking around our toilet. Our coffee pot was dead when we got there, a friend in another room‘s coffee pot died after a few days. We had a handicap shower, and the water came out all over the floor every time we showered. The beds are hard and the pillows were not my favorite. The location, the view, and the staff and service are all excellent like I said!!!!

The Good - excellent staff and friendly service - clean, nice size rooms with WiFi, a safe big enough for a laptop and a kitchenette and fridge. - huge gym - lots of options to eat at the hotel and sister hotels - walking distance along the beach or through town to shop, spa, and downtown. - daily activities and live entertainment in the evenings - felt safe - not too crowded in January - Araceli was our server on the beach and she was amazing!! - Erick the omelette guy made me breakfast every morning! Not so great - property is a bit dated, but well maintained and clean - Buffet was ok. It’s a buffet so it’s to be expected. there were nights when the food was really good. Pastor, Birria tacos, roasted pork and seafood night (at sunset) were great. - The beach was crawling with vendors selling stuff. After 2 - 3 days of whistling to get your attention and shoving merch in your face, I was wishing I could just relax in peace. We usually got a beach chair in the back row, but there were a few brave vendors passing the ropes and hovering over us to buy stuff. We were always polite and said no thank you but it got to be a bit much at the end. - Random things like not having enough towels, the bedspread was very stained, missing bedspreads in one of the rooms, beach towels required a towel card one day, but not the other. - Tipping is a mystery

The staff and service at this resort are exceptional. Very family friendly, fun pool area and the location is great. Hotel is in need of some updating and we found the rooms dirty. Baseboards, lights, drapes were filthy and the rooms smell like mildew.

Been going to Cabo for 22 years and have stayed at many resorts but always love our stay at PB Rose. The staff is very friendly, pool and ocean swimming options make it a must stay. All inclusive is great.

We had an incredible time at Pueblo Bonito Rose! The staff were amazing! Extra special shout out to Hector at the pool, he treated us like queens. He is a gem! Pedro at Sunset and Sushi was also so lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend

SUPER ATENCION LASTIMA QUE TE QUIERAN VENDER TIEMP
Excelente servicio del personal, atención en restaurantes y bares super amables, calidad de alimentos excelente; felicitaciones a los chefs. Elevador secundario de habitaciones, durante toda la estancia sucio; irregular el agua caliente y clima demasiado ruidoso. Hacen falta actividades nocturnas de animación. PERO LO QUE CASI NOS ARRUINA LA ESTANCIA FUE LA ¨"INVITACION" A CONOCER EL SUNSET, resulta que fue plática para vendernos "tiempos compartidos" el asesor que nos atendió KEMEL, super mala actitud, desaseado; estuvimos a punto de firmar, pero al no conseguirlo, SUPER MALA ATENCIÓN, POCO CORTES, la verdad, no se cómo se prestan a estas estafas, sólo por eso lo pensariamos para hospedarnos nuevamente en PUEBLO BONITO.

What I did not like was that some of food options were unsanitary, notable some dinner items. What I did like was the location, the friendly staff, and lunch options. I liked the free service to the Sunset Beach, and I liked Cilantro's food.

Food and services are good. Many more dining options and amenities in the Sunset compared to the Rosè, but an hour wait for a shuttle unless paying a taxi and they are not to close to one another. . It was more convenient to dine at the Rose most of the times to use better my time.

Everything is right here at this resort. The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the location IS beautiful. We did an all inclusive package and it was the best. The only bummer was when we originally reserved we wanted a ocean or partial ocean view and we got no ocean view .

Christmas stay
We stayed over Christmas, the service was excellent..we enjoyed many yummy meals and fun activities. Our youngest loved the santa visit and the pinata. Not the cleanest room, but overall very happy. We will be back
