Great Week
The unit is very comfortable and clean. Monty was very responsive to any questions and provided detailed information in the condo. Although the unit is back from the beach, we had a great view of the water and were able to see whales from the deck. Terrasol is a well maintained and quiet resort and a great location. It's an easy walk to the marina area or a short cab ride into town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here! Melinda and Tim

Very Good Choice
This is a superbly well equipped condo with every thing you could ever desire by way of supplies and pots, pans and dishes. But the screen to balcony is in horrible condition with months of guest complaints which should have prompted action. It made accessing the balcony problematic. As well there is no method of garbage disposal except by cleaning staff on departure. That aside, very good condo in a very desireable location.

Enjoyable visit!
We had a wonderful time, again, staying in Cabo San Lucas. Location is great with easy walk to the marina and downtown. It is a great, quiet condominium complex, have stayed here the last 6-8 times I have visited Cabo. The unit has a nice view of the ocean, was as described, and unit owner/property manager communicated quickly. The unit is well equipped, including snorkeling equipment that we used. The only minus comment is that the unit is getting a little tired with some deferred maintenance, such as repainting some wood and grout.

Beautiful Pools and Views!!
The condo was very clean and quaint. It had everything you need to make it feel like your home. Staff is very friendly and they work hard on the grounds. Pools were wonderful. Pool restaurant very good and very reasonable. Vicinity is so close to marina. 5 min walk.

Terrasol is a beautiful property. It is well maintained and cared for. The Palapa restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed their breakfasts and staff are great. This was our second stay here and highly recommend it.

Surprise getaway
My husband surprised with this quick trip and he came across the place and I was so happy. The location was perfect! The views were great! The property well maintained. The condo was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. So close to the marina, we walked everywhere. Also the breakfast at the poolside restaurant AMAZING!!! I would definitely come back !

Good location
I had an issue at check in the front desk showed my arrival as 7/5 however I arrived 7/4 as planned. I was able to contact Matthew who contacted the front desk right away to confirm my check in date was 7/4. The overall condo was ok it needs some updates but it was clean and as advertised. The location of the condo is excellent. Close walk to the marina as well as other resorts. It is very quiet and laid back. Playa Grande is next door (more of a party place) and we were able to go there and have drinks at the bar. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Cabo.

Thank you for your stay. We apologize for the issue at the front desk, I know they were very accommodating and we were all in contact within ten minutes of the issue. We are in the process of updating some items in the unit and many of the essentials are modernized - however, I do want to keep this unit with the feel of being in Mexico and not just another cookie cutter room. We appreciate your input and hope you come back to 257!

The complex, grounds and amenities are all beautiful and well maintained. Super friendly staff..palapa bar restaurant has delicious food and great beverages! This particular unit is well equipped with comfy bed and amazing view but is definitely in need of "some love". screen door fell off numerous times..couch and pillows a bit smelly...wouldn't take much to upgrade this roomy well layed out unit..

Perfect Location
It was great that it was walking distance to the marina restaurants and shops. Loved watching the whales from our balcony. The on-site restaurant was so convenient and the food was great too!

No bad days!
The property had everything we were looking for in a vacation. Quiet, clean, beautiful grounds and close to Marina and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff at the complex. The gardeners work incredibly hard as well as the staff at the swim up bar. Food at the swim up/palapa was very tastey. For a change we went to Mamas in town for breakfast and I would highly recommend as well. Salvatores in town for Italian, best we have ever eaten. Communication with host was excellent. Try to venture a little away from the Marina for better food and atmosphere, the Marina can get a bit too touristy especially when cruise ships are in. Would definitely return.

So Restful
My husband and I needed somewhere to rest and relax for a few days. This beautiful, clean, quiet condo was just what we needed. The condo was very comfortable with an especially comfy king size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The only thing to note is that the beach is beautiful but it's not a swimming beach. The waves are huge with undertows that are not safe even for a strong swimmer. We didn't mind at all because there are two huge pools to enjoy and swim in.

Low Key Cabo Option
This was a great VRBO find! Terrasol is located between the very high end resorts of Playa Grande and Sol Mar. It is walking distance to the marina and even downtown Cabo if you’re up for a walk. (You can always easily cab back!) The resort is comprised of private owners with shared pools and plenty of beach front (non-swimming Pacific side) for whale watching or enjoying sunsets and sunrises. The condo is exactly as advertised and Matthew was super accommodating and responsive! We will likely be back!

Amazing!
This is a lovely 1-bedroom condo with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and a 2nd-story patio with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The owner provides everything you can think of (bring your own blow dryer, food and drink). The communication is quick and easy. Terrasol is a beautiful gated condo complex with 2 pools, one with a great swim-up bar with excellent food and cocktails. Esther at the front desk is the best and super helpful, as is everyone at Terrasol. I highly recommend this condo. While you’re in Cabo, the horseback riding on the beach is exhilarating! Thank you so much!!

Great location and private beach
Where do I start. The room has everything you need. A kitchen, shower, dishwasher, stove, dishes, towels, washing machine and dryer, tv and view of the beach. Its on a private beach that is miles long. It has 2 swimming pools, and its a 5 min walk to the marina. At the marina there are stores and some great food. Matt, the owner, contacted me when I arrived to make sure everything was going smooth. Great condo, great owner, great location.

Great place and location for our R&R getaway
We've stayed in Cabo many many times. This was our second stay within Terrasol and firs at this unit. My wife and I just wanted some R&R with a few days of good weather which we got. The unit was a bit dated but for the price it was well worth it. The owner was very responsive and addressed the minor issues we had right away. The A/C works great but a little noisy at night in the bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. TV could be updated, the cable setup with local news from any major US city along with sports and a few premium channels was great while eating breakfast and late night watching. The adult pool was great for lap swimming every morning. All in all the stay is just what we were looking for with location, beach, golf, food and drinks, day trips and just plain relaxing.

Great location across the street from the marina. The staff is very friendly and the food at the Pool bar is very good and reasonably priced. For first time visitors, it is important to know that it is not possible to go in the water at the beach in that área. It is open ocean with deep waters and a strong waves. it is absolutely discouraged. We had a great time visiting the marina or simply relaxing at the Pool or sitting on the beach watching the waves.

Awesome location
(# 257) The location is just perfect! Loved that we were able to go next door to each of the bigger resorts to get some action, but then we could come back to our quiet condo. The marina is super close by. There is so much to do close by. We loved that they had such great security. We at no time felt unsafe on the property, or for that matter in Cabo. They have done a nice job of cleaning things up. We had a rental car and felt safe leaving it in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly, and the Palapa Swim up bar had great service and amazing breakfasts. Reasonable prices too. The bed was super comfy. It's the first time that I've slept through the night in a long time. Monty was very responsive when we had a concern about the blinds. We liked Terrasol so much that we have been looking at buying there. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks Monty!

Everything was great as expected. Bed was comfy, plenty of hot water and Monty was super responsive with any questions we had. Our favorite margaritas in Cabo are at the on site pool bar. Don’t skip it!

Excellent vacation in out favorite little community in Cabo. Perfect location. We have stayed atTerraSol 5 times in different units but a Monty’s unit is our favorite home away from home. Great lay out, perfect for a couple but could stay with a small family if needed. Clean and stocked with anything you need if you choose to cook. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo. FYI the snorkel and other beach goodies are stowed in the bedroom lower cabinets😎

Great Place with Beautiful View
This place was EXACTLY what we hoped it would be. Quiet yet close to the Mariana for activities. The owner was prompt with his responses and helpful with his advice or any concerns we had. The condo is clean, quant and an amazing view. The grounds of the resort are well looked after and the walk to the beach is a treat. The food at the restaurant is good. My wife and I had a great time at this unit #257. The view is excellent. The unit was as described, although could use a little updating. We loved the palapa restaurant. The staff were very friendly. It was close to the marina, which made walking nice. We were able to eat at the other resorts next to us, Playa Grande and Grand Solmar. We were there in mid July, so it was very hot and seemed unusually humid. But the two pools helped with that. Would definitely stay again, who knows maybe next year.

Updates are constantly happening on 257, Your booking landed on dates that were being organized for updating the front door to a new metal option. Since your stay new kitchenware, new towels and sheets were purchased, and a new front door is being installed August 2- August 5th. We hope to have you back in the future to see the continued improvements on 257!

Great Stay
The condo was great! Monty is easy to work with and answered questions quickly. On arriving, everything is as pictured and promised on the site. The view is lovely and we spent both mornings and evenings out on the patio. It is a quick walk to either pool. There is a TV setup we hadn't seen in other condos that gets channels from all over the US so while we weren't there to watch much, we could tune in our favorite sports team when we wanted a break from the sun and surf. While we mostly liked to keep the screen doors open and let the breeze flow through, there are two AC units that work well for cool down if needed. We had a totally relaxing experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a one bedroom at Terrasol!

This place was a great home away from home! Had everything you needed for a stay at the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to stay on the Pacific side in Cabo!
