- Please note that the gym and restaurant in the community are not included in the rental rate and have an additional fee for service.
- We maintain a strict no-tolerance policy for parties and loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Any disruptive behavior may result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction, and/or legal action if necessary.
- Your booking includes a damage protection policy, covering you up to $1,500 for minor accidental damages. While we understand that accidents happen, any willful or negligent damage will incur additional costs based on the damage itself.
- *Important* For Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card, your bank will automatically charge IVA in addition to the Airbnb tax. Please handle this directly
with your bank, as it is a separate localized fee.
