'Nathalie and her husband are super gracious and attentive hosts. The accommodations were excellent. The welcome from Howler monkeys in the trees, was a welcome treat!! "Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard."
