'This is a nice little place to stay for a reasonable price. A cute property in a great location if you are looking to do some activities in the Arenal area. The deck out back was peaceful and had a nice view. There were a lot of big ants especially in the shower area. Anytime the water turns on, the ants enter through a hole above the shower spout because it is not properly sealed. There is also no washer or dryer. It can be loud at night with the neighbors dogs next door and the dirt bikes...

'It’s a nice property, some issues with the alarm going off randomly so we didn’t end up using it. The lay out of the property is different. Bedrooms are air conditioned and surround the pool/ living space which is “open air “…the property is located within walking distance to downtown. Some check-in issues because we don’t make the 8:00 curfew which can be frustrating that late but resolved after a phone call.. it’s our first time in this beautiful country … we were not sure what to expect. '

'View was amazing. Rooms clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Only had one small issue with thr refrigerator and the host fixed immediately. The only other issue was the stove ignition didnt work but simple to use a lighter. The location of the property is great, close to everything.'

'The property and the management are amazing. The location is quiet and secure (we met the security guard that walks the neighborhood each nght). Kitchen was well stocked and, because the water is not necessarily drinkable, they had a 5 gal bottle with pump ready for us. The only "surprise" was that the whole main house is not air conditioned, only the bedrooms. The guest house is fully served by one one split unit that serves the entire open floor plan. Pool was clean and bright and everything...

'This was/is a great house! The views are amazing and the layout is great for families. The 'care taker' is a great guy and keeps the grounds and pool looking great. It is a 2 min drive to the store/'downtown' Hermosa - perfect location.'

'Great property for the money, nice view of volcano, house needs a deep cleaning and painting touch up, maybe upgrade furniture in the kitchen area, other than that I recommend this property for large family. '
