The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT hotel guests - apparently apartment guests are the equivalent of the unwanted step child of every fairy tale. The property map is unreadable and inaccurate, even the valets didn’t understanding the map when trying to get us to our selected restaurants. This property advertises everything as walkable, but the streets are steep and management does not make it easy to get golf cart transportation if you need it. The valets were very polite but severely overworked as the property is definitely understaffed. Prices at the onsite restaurants and shop were outrageous for only average quality. To sum it up, we loved the APARTMENT but this company needs a complete overhaul of their management and some INTENSE training on customer service.
