'If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. I stayed for a week, and it was mostly a very quiet neighborhood. The only disturbance was a troop of monkeys that gathered twice during my stay, most likely interested in nearby mango and...

'We really liked our stay here. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Very large place, full kitchen, was super big for the two of us. Could definitely fit two couples or a family easily. Pool was nice too. Close to the beach and some great eating spots. Close to drive to excursions and Tamarindo.'

'This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development. '

'The property was a 5 - 10 min drive to Avellanas Beach that is beautiful plus enjoyed eating at Lola’s located right on the beach. The house was well equipped with a modern kitchen, all the amenities, including coffee, spices oils, etc. facilitating meal preparation. The rooms were very nice as were the seating areas outside. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and pretty much had it to ourselves. We had other friends staying at a more expensive property who were disappointed to find light...

'Hosts were great communicators and provided a healthy delicious breakfast. The gardens host a plethora of different plants and one can see a variety of different exotic birds. The room is cozy and well equipped, and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle is amazing'

'Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed.'

'Tracey and Marlan were great hosts. The location was easy access to everything you need. The private pool was great! The unit had everything we needed and Tracey was so kind to have some breakfast items for us as my flight got delayed several hours.
