'Casa Pelicans is a one of a kind special place. From our first inquiry to the end of our stay, both Max and the on site Renaldo can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. 'My husband and I booked this property to take our two young adult sons (21 and 22)on a family vacation. The gated community was perfect for our sons to venture out without us worrying about them driving to unfamiliar areas. It was very convenient to have shops, cafe, restaurant and bar in the gated community. I spent more time on the patio by the pool than in the house! 'This home is wonderful, with lots of room to spread out and beautiful outdoor spaces that look out onto a forested valley. Veranda is perfect for spying on birds, monkeys, and iguanas through binoculars. The location worked well. 'We were greeted by Bella, the family's dog. She followed us everywhere for the 2 days we were there. The house is big, great for large groups. Kitchen is alright. It could be cleaner overall but nothing gross. You gotta be ready to deal with bugs as they're big gaps under the doors. No mesh in the windows.
