There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom. The kitchen had just about everything and much more than we expected. 3 different coffee makers and coffee for them. We really enjoyed the Espresso Machine. Having 2 bathrooms was great and they were stocked with an abundance of nice towels. 2 folding beach chairs and the large beach blanket came in very handy.
