'Amazing host!'

'Good accommodations, walkable area. Ample parking.'

'Had a water Clairity issue the pool guy was working on '

'The stay was amazing! Ilya was absolutely the BEST host I’ve ever experienced over all of my travels! He gave us a full tour of the unit and property. We felt totally comfortable staying there. It is in a relatively convenient location and it felt safe. Ilya helped with recommendations and even arranged transportation from the airport. The unit had everything we could possibly need (including a washer and dryer). Absolutely fantastic!'

'We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great. The host was very fast and clear in responses.'

'The property itself is well kept, nicely staged, and shows evidence of recent remodeling. In many respects, it is a perfectly suitable short-term rental.Unfortunately, the location was a significant disappointment. 'Greeted by a flood in the kitchen when we arrived and was required to mop it up ourselves. Nobody came to look at it until the next day.'

'Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. Close proximity to do tours and visit other areas. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. It was a gorgeous condo and has amazing views from each balcony, especially...

'Perfect studio for my wife and I. Check in was easy, communication was great. For the price you couldn’t expect better.'

'This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.'
