'My only reason it’s not 5/5 is the location. It’s a bit run-down near this property. But there is a good pizza place across the street as well as a bakery. And it certainly is close to the south end of the beach. The pool is fantastic.'

The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.'

'Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel.
