All-inclusive hotels in Tamarindo

'The layout of the property was nice. The food, was ok, buffet could have used some different options day to day. The cook and serving staff were awesome. Unfortunately the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bar staff. Long waits for drinks because they were “busy” with the younger girls and they never stirred drinks after making them. Also were very stingy on the pours, I am used to free pours at an all inclusive and these staff were using jiggers to pour an ounce. Overall, the resort...

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'With a mix up with our reservation, we ended up with a double booking. I was unaware of this but the hotel staff was not. Upon check in they did not mention this nor clarify with me about another booking under my name for same nights. They only alerted me upon check out after they charged the additional booking as a no show. Ultimately after challenging the hotel, Expedia and my Amercan Express card, I paid for 2 reservations but only used one.'
