'Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous...

'Lovely property that felt very safe and tucked away. We were worried about the heat and no AC when we arrived- but found that the fans upstairs and keeping the shutters open until we went to bed cooled everything down so nicely. The beaches across the street were really fun- but definitely bigger waves to play in, vs a calm water beach (which there is down the road a bit more). 'A great villa with real jungle feel!! We loved the house setting, great space and bedrooms, very clean when arriving and ultimate communications with their team. Rooms are large and bathrooms stable and nice. Built around two big jungle trees just nice too look at. Kitchen very well equipped. Enough towels and nice sheets. ACs good and warm showers, even outside shower! Some drawbacks, location is a bit out of the way, located in forest nicely but dark, therefor also hardly used cold pool. Beach...

'The property was in the perfect location and this was our third time in Puerto Viejo! When we return again we will definitely be staying here. We love how secure it was having a car and all. The owner of the home was so kind and Gracious. She would text to make sure everything was going perfectly. A must stay if your in the area. We will be returning. The little extra touches meant alot.
