'We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. 'Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. 'Het was hier zo leuk dat we een extra dagje gebleven zijn. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, en dat in overvloed. Het zwembad is heerlijk om even in af te koelen en te spelen en alles wordt erg goed onderhouden. Daarbij fijn dat er een airconditioning is, en zelfs zaklampen voor als de stroom uitvalt (die waren fijn om te hebben). Ik zou dit echt iedereen aanraden. In de buurt een fantastisch, gezellig vegetarisch restaurant en ook heerlijke sushi. '

'We stayed for about six days after walking El Camino de Costa Rica and at the end of April 2025. The location, despite along a major traffic way, was ideal. Uvita is an amazling little oasis with fantastic restaurants, groceries, banks and quaint shops within distance. The property is well maintained and very clean, Osa Property management was superb in helping us find the property and gaining entrance. Nick was super pleasant. I would surely stay here again!'
