Casa Vistas features a spacious 2,200 sq. ft. main house with 3 elegantly designed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, complemented by a detached guest house offering an additional 1,400 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire property can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to provide a serene atmosphere, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of adventure. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

For this outstanding home, we want all guests to feel safe at all times. That’s why the owner has installed security cameras on the property: one monitors the entire front perimeter, another covers the back perimeter, and a third oversees the garage and driveway area.

Mar Vista is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.
