'We booked the “large room” category, which promised 100 sqm, but about half of that was outdoor terrace space, so the actual room was much smaller than expected. 'The property is new and nice! The only problem was a super strong scent entering my connecting rooms, like burnt rubber that staff could not fix. It wouldn’t go away for the whole stay, even after maintenance came in to fix the issue (not resolved). There is another main concern for future visitors, that the only day we went to the Lucia Pool there was a huge line to enter, one line for reservations and hotel guests and one for walk ins. 'This was our first visit after 7 years away. Everything about the hotel showed great improvement and it was an absolute pleasure to spend time there. The staff in particular are very helpful and the food service was excellent. We will definitely be going back.'
