'We had room 8 which is in a separate building behind the main house in the upstairs suite...it was lovely! Nice and clean and really nicely decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable nights rest! There are two hot tubs available for guests use eith plenty of towels in the room. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolate bars....thank you! '

'We were greeted by the hotel staff with a big smile and she was very bubbly and friendly. We chatted about our home towns and she told us about great locations in the area for dinner. Checkin was really fast and easy. We got the key and made our was to our room. The rooms cleanliness was exceptional. There wasnt a spec of dust or piece of dirt to be found. The beds were very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this motel to anyone travelling through that area of the province and will stay...

'There was no reception on site. Apparently it was mentioned in the booking but when you travel for three weeks and checkin/out almost daily we didn’t noticed. Also, some other locations gave us directions/messages before arrival and this location didn’t. On site we had to call a remote reception. From there on all went smoothly though. Room was clean and all necessities were there. It’s by the marina. Parking is easy on site. '

'Superbly situated for touring Cape Breton. Very comfortable room with fast WiFi. The dinner menu is outstanding - different every evening. 4 options. Four course meat, fish, or vegetarian or 8 course combination of fish and meat. We had the meat first night and fish second night. Both delicious, imaginative, and portion sizes perfectly adequate (probably need to work up an appetite for the 8 course). The staff were very friendly and well informed about the area. Breakfast also excellent. And...

'**Absolutely loved my stay here!** I had a fantastic experience at this place. The place was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view that made the stay even more special. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner "Mr. Bhatti"— such a kind and welcoming person, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. "Nice town with interesting history like the inventor Bell who lived near the town. The hotel is good. It has a nostalgic vibe. The staff is friendly, room was clean and spacious. The wifi non existent but that’s alright. Breakfast was not included and we opted for the buffet which was $20. Quite okay these days. "
