'I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy...

'Stayed 4 days. Well maintained. Exactly as advertised, rustic cabin. Not 5 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Ive stayed here before. Fishing was better last time, but I caught something evetyday. Quiet and relaxing 99% of the time. Well worth the price. '
