'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'Maintenance on the rooms is horrible. The bathtub faucet was heavy dripping and by the next day was a steady stream despite being tightly closed. The sink was clogged resulting in slow drainage. The lamp next to the bed had lost it's turn on/off switch so was useless. The shower tiles grout was blackened. On the positives, the desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice.'
