'A lovely unique property full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Being an old building with many original features it has its flaws but they add to its charm. All beautiful original windows so no double glazing. They rattle if it’s windy! Our room got very hot even with the radiator turned off due to the old water pipes. 'Very good location for shops etc we enjoyed everything about this small hotel very clean and very welcoming breakfastgood selection probably suit most people lady in charge very nice to get along with and very pleasant. '

'Uitstekend ontbijt met lekker en vers fruit! De kamers hebben alle voorzieningen, zijn wel aan de kleine kant want je kan je valies er niet in kwijt. Het bed is ook aan de kleine kant als je zelf thuis een groot bed hebt. Het matras in onze kamer is aan vervanging toe, het midden was een kuipje, slechte nacht dus.'

'The exterior of the building was disappointing at first look though parking was great, lots of space , our room was spacious and suitable for a disabled person, lots of bars in the bathroom for safety though we are able bodied. The room was clean and bed was comfortable it even had an ironing board. The staff were very friendly and gave help on places to visit . We will visit again.'

'Lovely room and the beds were so comfortable! We followed advance about the parking in a very close car park so cheap and easy. We had an issue with towels which was sorted out immediately and communication has been great. The only thing we’d have liked is the ability to make a cup of tea, only a coffee machine was in the room, and they don’t get hot enough for tea. Small thing and wouldn’t stop us from coming back! Fab place. '
