'De sfeer was erg goed en de locatie ook maar er is ruimte voor verbetering: Van een 4-sterren hotel verwacht ik elke dag vers water. Ook een gym hoort er bij, deze was er niet. Ze beloven om 04:30 ontbijt, maar tot 04:40 brandt er geen licht en was er zeer beperkt voedsel. Om 04:50 stond onze taxi klaar en hadden we dus maar 10 minuten om eea te eten..,'

'Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great...

'From the outside this property is unassuming. Once you enter, it’s a whole other world. The staff were friendly and Juanita’s brownies hit the spot. The hotel is quaint and unique. The staff provided an early morning snack to go for our early tour departure. They held luggage for other travelers as well. The location is within a walking distance of the main square, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!'
